Oxygen liberating product

AgriLife Oxyrich® is based on a calcium peroxide complex with adjuvants and safeneres that enables sustained release of oxygen during the cropping cycle as well as a continuous supply of calcium which is an integral element of plant cells. AgriLife Oxyrich® aids in root respiration which is essential for water and nutrient absorption during photosynthesis. Sustained release of oxygen also encourages the survival of plant friendly micro flora and fauna while preventing harmful anaerobic microbes to proliferate and harm the plant. AgriLife Oxyrich® is approved for use in organic agriculture.

AgriLife Oxyrich® contains calcium peroxide, which comprises of oxygen being held in a tight bond with calcium, both of which are indispensable when growing high-performance crops. Calcium is an important plant cell wall constituent which actively divides root and shoot cells aiding growth. Naturally supplementing this integral element is essential as it makes the plant sturdy and less susceptible to pest and disease attack. Similarly, oxygen plays a vital role in photosynthesis as it is essential for the roots to absorb water and nutrients in soil to convert it into ‘plant food’. The unique composition of the product helps in a slow and consistent release of oxygen to the root zone. In the presence of sufficient oxygen (aerobic conditions), and other nutrient elements, microorganisms will ultimately convert many organic constituents to carbon dioxide, water, and microbial cell mass.

AgriLife Oxyrich® when applied to soil and on coming in contact with water will immediately begin to decompose releasing oxygen. Calcium peroxide is composed of oxygen being held in a tight bond with calcium. The breakdown is as follows: CaO2-----1, Ca + 2, O while H2O2 decomposes into 1, H2O and 1, O. (nascent oxygen) The oxygen released aids in root respiration and calcium ions help in strengthening the crop.

  • Application method Notes

    Soil application: AgriLife Oxyrich® can be used as under:

    • 1. Mix at recommended doses with compost and apply at early life stages of crop along with other biofertilizers. It can also be mixed with conventional fertilizers and applied.
    • 2. Mix AgriLife Oxyrich® at recommended doses in sufficient water and drench soil at early leaf stage/ 2-4 leaf stage / early crop life cycle
    • 3. Drip Irrigation: If there are insoluble particles, filter the solution and add to drip tank
    • 4. Long duration crops / Perennial / Orchard crops: Dissolve AgriLife Oxyrich® at recommended doses in sufficient water and apply as a drenching spray near root zone twice a year. It is recommended to have first application before the onset of the main monsoon / rainfall/ spring season and second application after the main monsoon / rainfall / autumn/ fall season.

  • Compatibility

    Compatible with chemical fertilizers, chemical pesticides, chemical fungicides, biofertilizers, organic fertilizers, organic manures, biopesticides, vermicompost, sea kelp (seaweed fertilizer), protein hydrolysates, organic carbon and rock phosphate.
